  Heizou | Shikanoin Heizou's Elemental Skill deals Anemo DMG based on the number of Declension stacks possessed. He can obtain more Declension stacks via charging the skill or by triggering Swirl reactions. When 4 Declension stacks are possessed, the Conviction effect will be produced, which will further increase the Elemental Skill's DMG and also increase its AoE. Heizou's Elemental Burst unleashes a Fudou Style Vacuum Slugger that deals AoE Anemo DMG and apply Windmuster Iris to all opponents who already have Hydro/Pyro/Cryo/Electro applied to them. The Windmuster Iris will explode after a short delay, dealing DMG that matches the elemental type of that prior elemental application. |     | |

Obtaining a Blazing Barrier again will allow the new DMG Absorption to stack with the amount that currently remains, and it will also refresh the Barrier's duration. When he uses his Elemental Burst, he deals AoE Pyro DMG and creates a Scorching Ooyoroi. Characters under the effects of the Scorching Ooyoroi will trigger Fiery Collapses with their Normal Attacks, dealing AoE Pyro DMG and summoning another Blazing Barrier. | |
