Nightrider

Nightrider is Fischl's Elemental Skill.

Gameplay Notes[]

• Oz attacks at 1-second intervals.
• When each of Oz's attacks hits at least one enemy, it generates 0.67 Elemental Particles.
• The cooldown starts immediately after the first input.
  • As a result, cooldown reduction effects that shorten ongoing cooldowns, such as the Thundering Fury 4-piece set bonus, can activate while Oz is on the field, even though the cooldown is not visible. (However, since this effect has a trigger requirement, it still requires Fischl to be on-field in order to activate.)
  • Effects that alter cooldowns multiplicatively, such as Slowing Water, will be calculated using the base 25 seconds, not the time left after Oz disappears. For example, a Reduce CD value of −80.0% will cause the full cooldown to become 45 seconds, which means that the cooldown of this skill will appear as 35 seconds when Oz disappears after a duration of 10 seconds.
• Oz's ATK DMG will snapshot Fischl's stats when casting and when repositioning Oz and will not be affected by changes in her stats that occur afterwards. The buffs applied upon casting will also apply to her 4th Ascension Passive and 6th Constellation throughout Oz's duration.

Passive Effects

• Passive Talent 1, Stellar Predator: "When Fischl hits Oz with a fully-charged Aimed Shot, Oz brings down Thundering Retribution, dealing AoE Electro DMG equal to 152.7% of the arrow's DMG."
• Passive Talent 2, Undone Be Thy Sinful Hex: "If your active character triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction when Oz is on the field, the opponent shall be stricken with Thundering Retribution that deals Electro DMG equal to 80% of Fischl's ATK."

Constellation Effects

• Constellation Level 2, Devourer of All Sins: "When Nightrider is used, it deals an additional 200% ATK as DMG, and its AoE is increased by 50%."
• Constellation Level 3, Wings of Nightmare: Increases this talent's level by 3, up to a maximum of 15.
• Constellation Level 6, Evernight Raven: "Extends the duration of Oz's presence on the field by 2s. Additionally, Oz performs coordinated attacks with your active character when present, dealing 30% of Fischl's ATK as Electro DMG."
