Anyone can fight we all have the adrenaline to do it when needed. Hu Tao isnt some child who has no idea whateversome how to fight, she’s still an older teen/young adult who literally wields elemental powers

Burnice could get tired easily as she’s human but since Hu Tao’s vision doesn’t require energy that could easily mean she could beat Burnice
