I'm also in a similiar position like you, I'm the best student and I feel a lot of pressure. I read something recently that "once you get good grades you can't get bad ones" and that is kinda true

I know this might be a stupid idea but it came to my mind and maybe it's worth a shot. I don't know if you're in a position to do that but if you are, make use of your knowlege, show your parents how smart you are and make a presentation or a talk about why keeping your phone is not good for your studies and mental health and stuff(being up to date, keeping up with people on the 2024 year etc.). Use what doctors or really well qualified people said about this, even ask your teachers at school what they think. You don't even have to search on the internet, I bet there are books about that. Of course, this is coming from a person that lives in god damn Poland and the education is not the best here, I'm glad I'm going to a school that helps me a lot with studying and is at a higher level.

I have no idea about your situation, but you can go and ask a psychologist what they think, ask "should my parents keep my phone away?" "are they allowed to?". Psychologists are people who know what they're doing and are there to understand you.

Another thing, there are human rights and it's literally said there "everyone has the right to rest and leisure, including reasonable limitation of working hours and periodic holidays with pay" - just type human rights
