You could level his skill and burst a little bit more (I personally stopped at level 6, I appreciate them doing damage but they also mostly exist to give him droplets so they don’t matter THAT much)

Honestly your build looks really good!! He would probably appreciate a bit more ER tho (you could swap out his circlet if possible)

noice artifacts but maybe try to get the better circlet one with crit(ik it would be super challenging to get this but i would you would) , and level his weapon or you might refine it

Depending on who you're using him with you may want to consider using an HP goblet

At base he has around +119.6% HP increase but with Furina kazuha and xilonen he gets a ridiculous amount of DMG bonus so an HP goblet at that point wouldnt be super different from hydro

I have him at 9-6-6, only his NA really matters for me

But otherwise your build is looking great, and artifacts will get better eventuwlly
