So which genshin character has the best outfit?
Playable characters only. (This is the only way I can refrain myself from glazing Capitano)
Me personally, I like Zhongli's the best
I think Navia and Furina do:)
For male characters, I like Diluc's default outfit the most.
For female characters, it'd be between Furina and Chiori.
Layla and Arlecchino (not biased at all)
Off the top of my head, I'm rather fond of the style and texture of Zhongli's.

Neuvillette, Itto, and Collei's are pretty good imo
It's between Navia and Chiori for me
