Listening to this book, brilliantly read by the author, I was engrossed and appalled by the treatment of women in the 1800s and furiously angry at the fact that women are still having to fight so hard to have their voices heard and believed, and to have their rights respected. If you listen to, or read this book, listen all the way to the end, where the author lists women in our time who were accused of being mad by men who disagreed with them. Then the physics discussion happened and the game of The One Body Problem takes over the book. I wanted to finish the book, and when I have more mental space I may come back to it, but right now I think I'll watch the TV series instead....more
