Xingxi (Chinese: 星稀 Xīngxī) is a shop NPC in Feiyun Slope, Liyue Harbor. She is the owner of the Souvenir Shop "Mingxing Jewelry" indicated by the 
icon on the map.
The shop sells character and weapon ascension materials, mora and Northlander Billets. It is open at all times of the day.

- Xingxi: Some would go so far as to say that Mingxing Jewelry is in a league of its own in the trade. Wealthy merchants will travel from all corners of Teyvat just to purchase a single Lucent Crescent from us. It is the quintessential Liyue ornament.
