Todoroki is a quest-exclusive NPC that appears in The Missing Thing.

Todoroki was a farmer who became to be logistical manager of Watatsumi Island after the war. His sons died during the war. One of them died at the battlefield while the other died from the lack of available medicines and died due to his wounds. He is working with Gorou to bring smuggled medicinal herbs from Liyue to the island.
