The Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing, she's a diligent, extremely capable worker.
Though once dismissive of gods, she became deeply aware of how Rex Lapis had labored on behalf of the nation over the millennia as she became more involved in its affairs.
Perhaps because she aspires to be a role model for the people, she always has the highest standards for herself, working far harder than most. At the same time, she cannot abide any form of "idleness" or "inefficiency."
Now, she is forging ahead ceaselessly to build the ideal Liyue, day after day.

A reporter for The Steambird, a renowned newspaper in Fontaine. Charlotte has an enthusiastic nature and a keen sense of news. Traveling across the streets of Fontaine, she captures the "truth" of a multitude of matters with her trusty Kamera.
Her lifelong endeavor is to publish authentic and breaking exclusive scoops. In her pursuit of the "truth," she is willing to go beyond the norm, even at the risk of her own safety. She is also well aware of the storms that will be triggered upon the revelation of "truths."
But despite all this, neither the toil of the job itself nor the pressure of external denunciations and threats has ever phased Charlotte in the slightest.
- Paimon: A kite? Are you buying some regional specialties to bring back to Fontaine?
- Charlotte: Well, yes. And...
- Keqing: It seems you haven't heard yet. The theme of this year's Lantern Rite is "Kites."

- Keqing: How high and far a kite can fly depends as much on the weather conditions as on the skill of the person holding the string.

Alas, it is rather unlikely that normal folk interacting with her would ever link this jocular and enthusiastic woman with the legendary adeptus who would marshal the winds to deliver the clouds.
