In Calculated Gambit, Uncle Tian told his daughter Huixin that he wanted to retire from Tianshu as a general fisherman, and appointed three men as his candidate. - Indeed, Yelan commanded the Millelith like Ningguang and Keqing, the incumbant Tianquan and Yuheng, but Uncle Tian did not.
