Takeru lives in Konda Village with his grandfather, Konda Densuke, and aunt Futaba, because of his father having to battle in the war. He really admires Ryuuji from Bantan Sango Detective Agency, and labels him a hero on account for him saving his life once. Due to this, Takeru wants to be just like Ryuuji when he grows up.
