Strange Saurian Cart Key is a Quest Item. It is used on the locked door of the nearby Saurian Cart, that is defended by several Treasure Hoarders. Once the door has been unlocked, the player can access a Pyroculus. Feeding a Sunsettia to the Tepetlisaur Whelp inside will cause it to leave the cart. Following the Tepetlisaurus will lead to an Exquisite Chest, although the player will need to defeat several more Treasure Hoarders along the way.
