Appearance

Based on dialogue from Inazuma's bulletin boards, Shikanoin is almost always seen in official Tenryou Commission attire. He is said to be even younger-looking than Kamisato Ayato.Error: Please use a more specific citation template or no citation template at all (see Template:Ref for more details).

Heizou is a young man of short height and medium build with messy, dark reddish-purplish hair which he ties into a short ponytail, light olive green eyes and a dark mole below each eye.

Heizou’s attire consists of a sleeveless white collared tunic with a mustard yellow tassel decoration dangling from his right shoulder, detached black sleeves with buckles that cover his arms and palms and a black choker around his neck. Heizou fashions a brown patterned haori coat that he ties around his waist, a thick dark belt with two pale red tassels hanging from it where a sheathed blade and his Anemo Vision is attached, mustard-yellow knee-length hakama pants and dark knee-high sandals that expose part of his feet.

A young detective from the Tenryou Commission. Free-spirited and unruly, but cheerful and lively.

At first glance, Heizou seems like an ordinary young man, but he is actually the undisputed number one detective in the Tenryou Commission.

Not only does he possess a wild imagination, but he also has a mind for meticulous logic and reasoning, as well as an extraordinary sense of intuition when it comes to solving cases.

Whenever a crime occurs, his colleagues rely on experience to help them with handling the case, but Heizou brings in an out-of-the-box perspective and gets straight to the crux of the case.

People are impressed by his razor-sharp intuition, thinking that his reasoning ability and efficiency are godlike. Here, Heizou would simply reply with his signature smile: "I don't know, maybe this is something that even the gods can't do!"
