Rime-Worn Fragments are limited items that only exist during the duration of the event "The Chalk Prince and the Dragon". It is dropped by common enemies in Dragonspine such as Hilichurls and Treasure Hoarders. It has no use, other than being a challenge objective to collect a certain amount of these fragments in the event.
