Michelle is an open-world NPC in the City of Mondstadt. She is a windmill keeper and can be found at the northernmost windmill at daytime. She appears at the windmill to the west at nighttime.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player six Philanemo Mushrooms.
