Kanra (Japanese: 甘楽) is an open-world NPC located in Grand Narukami Shrine, Inazuma.
Following a certain dialogue branch for the first time gives the player one 3★ Lucky Dog's Eagle Feather.

Kanra is an Inazuman citizen who wrote several letters to her husband in the army at Tatarasuna, but never got a reply. Having no other way of making contact, she prays at the Grand Narukami Shrine so that the Electro Archon will bless and protect him.
