The best ability for Uxie in Tera Raid Battles is Levitate. This ability is good to have to gain an immunity to Ground Type moves, otherwise, it doesn't have much of a use to the build.

We also recommend getting a Uxie with a Psychic Tera Type since it will improve the power of its Psychic-type Stored Power. As an Attacker with a focus on Special Moves, a Modest nature would be best.

EV Spread Explanation

Tera Raid EV spreads should lean towards Bulky Special Attacker. Max out Uxie's HP and Sp.Atk EVs while adding the remaining 4 EVs into Defense so that Uxie can hit as hard as possible with Stored Power.

For this build, giving it a Shell Bell allows it to recover health while dealing damage.

Tera Raid Strategy

Uxie Tera Raid Turn-by-Turn Counter Strategy
Turn 1 Use Nasty Plot once to boost your Sp. Atk.
Turns 2~7 Alternate between using Mystical Power and Amnesia to build Tera Orb Charges while also raising your Sp. Atk and Sp. Def respectively.
Turns 5+ Terastallize and use Stored Power or you can max out your Sp. Atk by using Mystical Power one more time.

The bread and butter of this build is to use Mystical Power to build Tera Orb charges to power up Stored Power. Nasty Plot is added to the kit to get to max Sp. Atk buffs faster.

Use Amnesia to gain more buffs to make Stored Power Stronger. You can swap it out for Skill Swap when you know one of your Raid Party members is carrying Psychic Terrain.
