Spiral Wave Disruptors have a chance to reduce the target's damage resistance and damage their subsystems.
Obtained
Common version of these weapons come equipped on the playable Cardassian starships. Owning any Cardassian starship will unlock the ability to purchase Very Rare Mk X [Acc]x2 [Spiral] Spiral Wave weapons from the Dilithium Store for 45,380 each. 4x [Spiral Wave Disruptor] will be added to the inventory when Cardassian Galor Cruiser or Cardassian Keldon Cruiser is claimed for the first time on a character.
Modifiers
Very Rare Spiral Wave Disruptor weapons will have three modifier suffixes and Ultra Rare will have four. Epic adds a fifth unique modifier.

Notes
- Initially, players could only access these weapons by owning a Cardassian Galor-class Cruiser, otherwise they were unobtainable. As of 22 June 2012, these weapons can be bought from dilithium store for 45,380 providing the owner already has a Galor Cruiser or Keldon-class Cruiser.
- Although this is a hybrid Phaser-Disruptor weapon, a [Console - Tactical - Phaser Relay] does not affect it. This is due to the fact that this weapon does Disruptor damage, and only includes the Phaser proc, while a Phaser Relay boosts Phaser energy type damage.
