Horace Rosseau lives at Crawdad Willies with his wife.

In a random encounter near Caliga Hall, Horace can be heard crying for help and, when the player approaches him, begging him to head to his shack at Crawdad Willies where his wife is being held captive by two home intruders. When arriving there, screams can be heard from inside the cabin. After killing the two men who want to kill her, she tells the player to remove the bodies from her house. Afterward she rewards the player with $50 that can be taken out of a sack next to the front door of the cabin.

- Despite him and his wife being shown to live at Crawdad Willies, the couple can never be seen there before or after the random event.
