Grady Underwood is a minor character featured in Red Dead Redemption.
History[]
Background[]
Nothing is known of Grady's background. However, it is revealed in the mission "On Shaky's Ground" that he and Vernon Cherry run with a gang of criminals with ties to Eddie Savoy and his smuggling interests. Grady has a relative, Clinton Underwood, buried in the Blackwater public cemetery.
Events of Red Dead Redemption[]
Grady plays a minor role in "On Shaky's Ground", where he, Vernon, and a third, unnamed man are shown beating and questioning Shaky in the office of Eddie's warehouse for hiding a stash of stolen Gatling Gun ammunition without cutting them in on it. After John Marston rescues Shaky, Grady can either be killed or hogtied in the ensuing shootout.
Outside of missions, Grady can usually be encountered in Blackwater and Manzanita Post, either riding his horse or a wagon with multiple other NPC's on it.
