Dimentia To Go!

Dimentia To Go! (or Getta Isetta! in the PlayStation version) is a mission in Grand Theft Auto 2 available during Area 1: Downtown, given to the protagonist Claude Speed by the Loony boss Elmo. The mission is available from the yellow phones in the neighborhood of Fruitbat in Downtown District, after the completion of either Who's Mad? or Destroy J-Lab!

Moderate Respect for the Loonies is required in order to unlock this mission, indicated by the yellow light icon below the gang's respect-o-meter on the HUD.

Description[]

The cops have a new Dementia Limousine, and they're keeping it locked up in the police impound garage. Elmo wants it, so he hires Claude to get it for him. To get past the guard at the front, Claude gets the help of Lance, who distracts the guard while he slips in through the side. Speed then gets rid of the guard guarding the limo, blows the door lock, and escapes back to the Sunnyside Asylum.

Reward[]

The reward for completing the mission is $40,000, +1 Score Multiplier, and increased Loonies Respect level.

Walkthrough[]

Answering the phone, Claude Speed is told by Elmo that he's interested in an impounded Dementia Limousine from the Flotsam Cop Station garage. He tells him to meet his friend Dodo at City University first.

Driving to City University.

Meeting Dodo at the University. He tells Claude that he hid a weapon and some explosives behind the Harman Hotel in Altamount.

Driving to the Harman Hotel.

Finding the Silenced S-Uzi Machine Gun and Molotov Cocktails behind the hotel.

Elmo tells Claude to meet his friend Lance in Flotsam and pay him $1.000 so he can help him distract the cops while invading the impound garage.

Driving to Flotsam.

Meeting Lance near the docks. Lance accepts the job after paying him $1.000.

Elmo tells Claude to drive Lance to the Flotsam Cop Station and leave the car with him for the distraction.

Driving to the Flotsam Cop Station.

When they arrive there, Elmo tells Claude to leave the car and let Lance do his thing.

Going around the back of the building and entering the impound through the stairs.

A cop is guarding the Dementia Limousine.

Killing him with the Silenced S-Uzi Machine Gun.

Elmo tells Claude to use the Molotovs to blow up the door locks and open the gate.

Throwing Molotovs at the Generator to open the gate.

The gates are open.

Stealing the Dementia Limousine.

Leaving the impound garage.

Driving back to Sunnyside.

Arriving at the Sunnyside Asylum.

Delivering the Dementia Limousine to the garage.
