This is a list of missions in The Lost and Damned. In total, there are 22 missions.
The list is done in a logical order in which it can chronologically match up with Grand Theft Auto IV and The Ballad of Gay Tony.
Story Missions[]
- Clean and Serene - Help Billy retrieve his bike from the Angels of Death.
- Angels in America - Chase and kill members of the Angels of Death before they can warn the rest of their club that their truce with the Lost MC is off.
- It's War - Save members of The Lost from the Angels of Death ambush.
- Action/Reaction - Attack the Angels of Death clubhouse to get revenge for the death of Jason Michaels.
- Liberty City Choppers - Steal bikes from the Angels of Death with Jim.
- Bad Cop Drop - Lure corrupt cops Jimmy Matthews and Ed McCornish into an ambush and kill them.
- Buyer's Market - Attend a heroin deal with Niko Bellic and Playboy X and flee from the LCPD.
- Politics - Kill Stubbs' uncle at Francis International Airport.
- Off Route - Liberate a prison bus full of white-collar criminals from the LCPD.
- Coming Down - Save Ashley from drug addicts.
- This Shit's Cursed - Attend a heroin deal with the Triads and escape their ambush with Jim.
- Hit the Pipe - Destroy Angels of Death vans with pipe bombs.
- End of Chapter - Meet up with Brian and his faction and survive their ambush.
- Bad Standing - Kill or spare Brian Jeremy.
- Heavy Toll - Take control of the toll booth at the East Borough Bridge and steal a Slamvan full of cocaine.
- Marta Full of Grace - Pick up Marta from the airport and bring her to Elizabeta's apartment after losing the cops.
- Shifting Weight - Attend a drug deal and escape from the LCPD with Malc and DeSean.
- Roman's Holiday - Kidnap Roman Bellic with Malc in orders of Dimitri Rascalov's men.
- Diamonds in the Rough - Kill Evan Moss and steal diamonds from him.
- Collector's Item - Attend the diamond deal with Niko Bellic at The Libertonian and escape with the money.
- Was It Worth It? - Kill all the hitmen Ray's sent after Johnny.
- Get Lost - Break into the Alderney State Correctional Facility and kill Billy Grey.
Side Missions[]
- Random characters - Meet friends and foes on the streets and help them out.
- Angus' Bike Thefts - Steal bikes for Angus Martin.
- Gang Wars - Fight rival gangs with the Lost MC.
- Stubbs' Dirty Laundry - Work for Thomas Stubbs.
