When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
Otr's best IVs are +Atk and -Spd. +Atk is a Superboon and boosts his already high Atk stat even higher to deal more damage. His Spd is a dump stat and boosting it will not change most of his matchups, thus it is safe to take as a bane.
If you want to build a +10 merged Otr, we recommend a +Atk IV. Maximizing his Atk ensures he deals as much as possible.
Additionally, taking +Atk as a Superboon brings his BST to 175, removing the need for G Duel Cavalry 4 to score optimally in Arena. Otr can then use a more useful A skill instead.

Otr is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Otr is a Mythic Hero, and when summoned, you will receive an Anima Blessing. During Anima Season, allies who have been given an Anima Blessing and appear together with Otr in batlle will receive a HP+5 and Def+5 bonus to their stats, increasing the party's overall power.
Otr's buffs and debuffs inflicted are shown here, as well as his guaranteed follow-up attack.
If Otr initiates combat, Lyngheiðr grants:
Like his sister Reginn, Auto-Lyngheiðr gives Otr the【Canto (3)】 effect.
Otr's Canto effect is triggered!
It allows Otr to move an additional 3 spaces after he commits to an attack. This allows for lots of strategic maneuvers such as a hit and run tactic.
Since he is granted extra movement after attacking a structure, he can easily snipe key buildings in Aether Raids and he can retreat to safety after.
Otr's Brutal Shell is active at the start of turn 1 because of its effects.
In turn, when he initiates combat, his Special grants the effects of Luna, allowing him to ignore half of his opponent's defenses.
As Otr's is an Anima-type Mythic hero, during Anima season in Aether Raids, if he is put into your defense party, you can put an additional Anima Mythic hero into your team or any unit that has been blessed by Anima.
As mentioned earlier, he can be used in hit and run tactics.
Using the extra movement from Auto-Lyngheiðr, he can take out a key offensive unit and then retreat to safety.
Otr comes with Flow Refresh 3, a skill introduced with Summer Caeda.
This skill neutralizes follow-up negation, allowing him to trigger the effects of his weapons without fear.
Flow Refresh 3 also provides a decent 10 HP heal after combat, keeping him healthy for future combat engagements.
G Duel Cavalry 4 is a special skill that treats the unit’s stats as 175 in the Arena, increasing your overall score. It is usable by any Green cavalry unit, so equip it and increase your score as you would like, but keep in mind that as an A slot skill it means you will lose the ability to useful, powerful A skills like Fury 4 or Death Blow 4.
If Otr is merged at least once with an Atk superboon, he will already have 175 BST, thus this skill does nothing to his Arena score.
Summoners must not forget that 【Canto (3)】 will be deactivated at the start of the 5th turn.
Please strategize around this fact and don't overshoot Otr's abilities especially in Summoner Duels.
While G Duel Cavalry 4 does give some nice stats, the A skill can be home to very powerful skills that are cornerstones for great builds.
If you plan to use Otr outside of the Arena, make sure to get him an A skill that allows him to perform better in maps.
Otr takes 1.5x damage from cavalry-effective weapons like Ridersbane, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down.
Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

Otr can be used to inherit G Duel Cavalry 4, Flow Refresh 3, or Atk/Def Menace.
As he is the first unit (at the time of writing) to have G Duel Cavalry, inheriting the other skills may prove tricky.
Flow Refresh 3 can be obtained from Summer Caeda, while Atk/Def Menace can be obtained from Fallen Morgan (F).
We do recommend, however, that you build one Otr copy before foddering off another because he will be useful in Aether Raids.
Ótr is a limited time Hero who can be pulled from a Mythic Hero Summoning event. They do not appear in regular summons.
Note: Not currently a featured hero in any Summon events.
