A different take on Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge of Oregon. I moved to the right for this angle of the majestic falls while the people were taking it in from above on the footbridge. Laci was in the white coat with her back to me while I snapped this image. Even though this is a small framed portion of the falls, it still feels large and powerful to me. Photography has shown me the power and beauty of nature in person.

Wagtails at the lake near my home have one juvenile.
He is as big than mom and dad, and soooo noisy :)

For this one I was on a bridge and the wagtails in tree over the lake or under the bridge on the ground

Belhaven Bridge, known as the ‘Bridge to Nowhere’, is a bridge across the Biel Water. The Biel Water is a stream that runs from the Luggate Burn through the village of Biel into Belhaven Bay.
The bridge is something of a misnomer because at low tide it is actually used by locals to cross the stream and enter Belhaven Bay beach. However, after the tide comes in, water rushes in and fills the surrounding land, isolating the bridge.
Built in 1820 as part of the passage from Columbia to Saluda mountain, it is the oldest bridge in South Carolina.
