The Wiktionary definition of Broadcasted states the use is sometimes proscribed, so it should not be used. The word also appears on Wikipedia:Lists_of_common_misspellings/B

Broadcasted appears in some dictionaries, but others, e.g. Chambers state "Sorry, no entries for Broadcasted were found".
Broadcast appears in all dictionaries, and should be used as COMMONALITY - "Wikipedia tries to find words that are common to all varieties of English".

A May 2023 search for Broadcast gave over 234,000 uses, compared with a search for Broadcasted which gave just 99.
Of these, 16 are redirects to "Broadcast" articles, 14 refer to a 2015 Canadian TV award and 5 relate to a 1924 cartoon. The rest are in quotations.

Hello IP from Mumbai "her official pr team" have a very clear WP:Conflict of interest so should not be editing that page at all. If they wish to suggest changes, they should make them on the articles talk page, including WP:Reliable sources from independent publishers with no connection whatsoever to zahrah s khan.

Hello IP from Faridabad. You didn't say, but I assume you are talking about Army Public School, Shankar Vihar?
As I stated in my edit summary "we don't name students". This summarises the advice at Wikipedia:WPSCHOOLS/AG "Specific students should not be mentioned unless they are notable in their own right, such as Daniel Radcliffe who was famous while still in school".
AFAIK none of the students on your "Student Council " are notable enough to have their own article on the English Wikipedia, so they "should not be mentioned".

I reverted your edit [1] on Walter White (Breaking Bad), but I see you've reinstated it. I didn't want to revert you again, so if you could take a careful look, and make sure that's what you intended. While used is a past tense, I think use here is a hypothetical, and is expressed with the subjunctive. The series doesn't say whether Skylar did or didn't use it; it is given as Walt's suggestion that she use it. Thanks if you can consider whether to reconsider the edit. No Amazon is a sales site, its purpose is to sell things, not provide independent, verified, information (see WP:RSPAMAZON). The fact that something or someone exists, does not make it/them WP:Notable enough for inclusion in our articles.
Furthermore, your addition at English Wikipedia was solely vandalism, even if you had cited a WP:Reliable source - Arjayay (talk) 09:32, 24 September 2024 (UTC)Reply
