"What We're Fighting For" is the series finale of the American Marvel series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. It is the thirteenth episode of the seventh season and the one-hundred and thirty-sixth overall episode of the series. Written by showrunner Jed Whedon, and directed by Kevin Tancharoen, it aired on ABC in the United States on August 12, 2020, and is the second part of the series finale, airing directly after, "The End is at Hand".
Synopsis[]
With their backs against the wall and Nathaniel and Sibyl edging ever closer to eliminating S.H.I.E.L.D. from the history books, the agents must rely on their strengths to outsmart and outlast the Chronicoms. This is their most important fight, and it will take the help of friends and teammates, past and present, to survive.

- This episode shares some similarities with Avengers: Endgame. Both serve as a conclusion to a story, deal with branching timelines, and deal with time-travel, which is achieved via the Quantum Realm.
- Daisy destroying the ship, and floating in space, bares resemblance to Star-Lord sacrificing his helmet for Gamora in Guardians of the Galaxy.
