The Conduit Sword is a specialised Sword that is introduced in Fire Emblem Warriors. Like many other magical swords in the series, it deals Magical Damage. However, unlike those swords, it cannot attack over a range.
When the player obtains the Conduit Sword, the random sword drops can now have the potential to have the weapon attribute "Topsy-Turvy", which switches the main attacking stat of whoever uses the weapon (e.g., a Sword unit will now use Magic and a Tome unit will now use Strength).
