Let's go off to jolly old England with another one of Goofy's ancestors, a detective named Sherlock Goof.

• As this episode is a parody of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes stories, it features Goofy as ‘Sherlock Goof’, and Pete as ‘Professor Inferiority’, both of which are parodies of Sherlock Holmes and his arch-nemesis, Professor Moriarty. In addition to this, it also features specially-created anthropomorphic versions of two characters from the original stories; namely, Doctor Watson and Inspector LeStrade.

• Technical Error: In the beginning of the episode, where Max was sitting on the couch and reaching his hand for a cushion, his eyes are periodically green.
