Direct method for TDS stability analysis. (English) Zbl 0636.93066
An effective direct method for stability analysis of time-delay systems with commensurate delays is proposed on the base of finite polynomial techniques. In particular, a necessary and sufficient condition for the system to be asymptotically stable for all non-negaive delays is given. Illustrative examples are also presented.
