- “In its current state, this liquid launcher is but a memory of wars long past. But load it with water, and it becomes more terrifying than you can imagine.”
- —Sticker Museum plaque, Paper Mario: Sticker Star
The Squirt Gun (known as the Water Pistol in the British English version) is a Thing in Paper Mario: Sticker Star. It is found through Goomba Fortress' Secret door. It remains in Mario's Album until it is turned into a Sticker at a Sling-a-Thing station. Once it has been used as a sticker, it returns to its original position. It can also be purchased from the Shady Toad for 130 Coins.
As a medium-sized sticker, the Squirt Gun takes up 1.5 × 1.5 squares in Mario's album. When it is used in battle, the battleground will enter a first-person mode, and the player can squirt any enemy with water until the Squirt Gun's water tank runs out. If the player mashes once that happens, the water tank will refill. If enemies still have enough HP left after the Squirt Gun is used, they may suffer from the Soggy status effect for a few turns.
The Squirt Gun can also be placed into the Sticker Museum as #45, alongside the Soda as a "Shot" related Thing. Its description identifies it as a war-battling liquid launcher, which when filled with water, is more terrifying to look at.
