Listened to this book today and it was sad, it was amusing, and it was wonderful. How does Bachman have so much insight without actually being in that situation. His imagination certainly has not left him. For anyone who has a parent or loved one suffering the ravages of altzheimer‘s or dimentia, this book will make you look at it differently. Loved this book! It reminded me of Maureen Johnson‘s books, but better. And I really liked the Truly Devious Trilogy! Maybe it‘s because I just finished this one? I don‘t know. Finished this one today. I love the way Ashley Clark weaves her stories together so that the characters from one book support the characters of the next. Listened to this audiobook yesterday - it‘s only 4 hours - and it was so funny! I mean with a hero by the name of Hiccup, how could it not be. As part of his initiation to his Viking tribe, he has to capture and train a dragon. Loved his method. I laughed out loud at the antics of the Vikings and dragons.
