Warranty

All GravaStar products are covered under a 12-month limited warranty, which starts on the date of purchase. This limited warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that might occur. It is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. 

This limited warranty does not cover loss, wear and tear, accidents, or damages and defects from misuse/abuse, modification or negligence (such as but not limited to exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, and sharp objects.) Unauthorized repair, modification or customisations of your product voids this warranty.

If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect and you found it in 7 days, we will gladly replace it with free shipping. If it's over 7 days, the shipping cost will be on you. Please contact Customer Support at service@gravastar.com with a brief description of the problem and a picture of the defect, and we will be able to assist you.

Within 7 days, if you find the products with problems during the using. You are able to return or replace the products with free shipping. If the products has been used over 7 days, the free return will not be applicable, we will only be able to provide the replacement when the products under the warranty. 

If you had a warranty claim, for sending out the replacement, the shipping cost will be on the customer. 

Our support team aims to get back to you on your claim via email within 24 hours Monday to Friday. However, we are a small team, so it may take slightly longer during busy periods or during holidays.
