What version of Bluetooth do GravaStar Speakers use?

GravaStar speakers use Bluetooth 5.0. Compared with Bluetooth 4.2, Bluetooth 5.0 minimizes playback delay, covers larger distances, and consumes less energy.  

 

MARS PRO

What’s the difference between Mars Pro and Mars speakers?

The main upgrades of Mars Pro speakers are the sound quality and the 6 RGB lights. We equip the Mars Pro speakers with dual speaker systems and GravaStar’s built-in, exclusive DSP audio algorithms. With these, Mars Pro delivers a deep bass, accurate mids, crisp highs, and equal-loudness contour.


Can a Mars Pro speaker pair with a Mars speaker?

No, unfortunately the Mars Pro speaker uses a different program than Mars speaker, so they cannot be paired. A Mars Pro speaker can only pair with another Mars Pro. 


Can I use a Mars Pro charging base with a Mars speaker?

No. Mars Pro charging bases only work with Mars Pro speakers. You will need to use a Mars charging base for a Mars speaker. 


How do I connect a GravaStar Mars Pro speaker to a Bluetooth device (iPhone, mobile phone, Macbook, PC)?

  1. Turn on your Mars Pro speaker.
  2. Click the Bluetooth button on your Mars Pro speaker with a short click (please DO NOT press the Bluetooth button for long - a few seconds will do).
  3. Once you hear “Ready to Pair” from your Mars Pro speaker, choose ''GravaStar Mars Pro'' from the Bluetooth list to connect your device.
  4. When you hear ''Bluetooth connected'', the connection is successful.

How do I reset the GravaStar Mars Pro Bluetooth speaker?

Simultaneously press both the Bluetooth button and the light button for a few seconds. Your Mars Pro speaker will be shut down. Once you restart the Mars Pro speaker, the system will be reset to its factory settings.


How do I delete the Bluetooth records of my Mars Pro speaker?

Simultaneously press both the Bluetooth button and the ON/OFF button of your Mars Pro speaker for 5 seconds. Then the Bluetooth record will be deleted and your speaker will say “Ready to pair”

How do I connect two GravaStar Mars Pro Speakers and use True Wireless Stereo?

Note: True Wireless Stereo (TWS) is only available for speakers of the same series. A Mars Pro speaker can only connect with another Mars Pro speaker. Mars Pro speakers can not pair with Mars or Venus speakers.

Steps:

  1. Press and hold the Bluetooth buttons on both Mars Pro speakers for 3 seconds, you will see the Bluetooth indicator flashing rapidly on both of the speakers. 
  2. Single click the Bluetooth button on the main speaker (the indicator light will flash once), then double click the Bluetooth button on the other speaker (the indicator light will flash twice).The two speakers will now start the process of TWS pairing. 
  3. After the TWS connection is successful, you will hear "Network connected". The main Mars Pro speaker's Bluetooth indicator light will flash, and the indicator light of the other speaker will be steady.
  4. Connect the main speaker with your Bluetooth device and then you are all set to enjoy TWS.

How long does it take to charge a GravaStar Mars Pro speaker fully?

It takes around 4 hours to fully charge your GravaStar Mars Pro speakers.


How do I know the GravaStar Mars Pro speaker is low on battery?

Low battery is indicated by a flashing power indicator and you will hear the message “not enough energy”. 


How long does the GravaStar Mars Pro speaker battery last?

The battery will last up to 15 hours under normal use. 


Does the GravaStar Mars Pro Speaker have an AUX input port?

Yes, the Mars Pro speaker comes with an AUX input port. It’s a Type-C port which you can find at the bottom of the Mars Pro. The AUX connection takes priority over any Bluetooth connection so that only one audio source will play at a time.

How do I connect a GravaStar Venus speaker to a Bluetooth device (iPhone, mobile phone, MacBook, PC)?

  1. Turn on your Venus speaker.
  2. Click the Bluetooth button on your Venus speaker with a short click (please DO NOT press the Bluetooth button for long - a few seconds will do).
  3. Once you hear “Ready to Pair” from your Venus speaker, choose ''GravaStar Venus'' from the Bluetooth list to connect your device.
  4. When you hear ''Bluetooth connected'', the connection is successful.

Steps:

  1. Press the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds on each of the two GravaStar Mars speakers (They do not need to be pressed at the same time).
  2. When you hear both speakers making two beeps, it means they are ready to be paired. Within 5 seconds, you will hear “Network connected” and it's all set up. 
  3. If none of them are connected with your Bluetooth device, connect to either of the devices.

How do I stop two GravaStar Mars speakers from being paired automatically when I turn them on?

  1. Long press the ON/OFF + Bluetooth buttons at the same time on both speakers for 5 seconds. 
  2. After that, turn off both speakers. 
  3. Then turn them on, they won't automatically be paired. 

How long does it take to charge a GravaStar Mars speaker fully?

It takes around 8 hours to fully charge your GravaStar Mars speaker.

Does the GravaStar Mars Speaker have an AUX input port?

Yes, the Mars speaker comes with a 3.5mm AUX cable (included). You can find the AUX input port on the bottom of the Mars speaker. The AUX connection takes priority over any Bluetooth connection so that only one audio source will play at a time.

What is included in the Sirius Pro and Sirius earbuds?

The Sirius and Sirius Pro earbuds each have the following in the package: the earbuds, the charging case, 1x Type-C charging cable, 1x Hiphop necklace, 3x pairs of ear tips x 3 pairs (S, M, L), and the user manual.


What are the differences in sound quality between the GravaStar Sirius TWS and GravaStar Sirius Pro TWS earbuds?

The Sirius TWS earbuds have a 7.2mm dynamic driver in each earbud which effectively increases the fullness of low-frequency sound quality. 


The Sirius Pro TWS earbuds have both 7.2mm dynamic drivers and Knowles balanced armatures, to effectively increase the fullness of low-frequency and also high-frequency transients, ensuring you have a distortion-free listening experience no matter whether you listen to music, watch movies or play games.


Can I use Sirius Pro and Sirius earbuds individually or is one earbud dominant?

Only the GravaStar Sirius Pro earbuds can be used individually. The first earbud taken out from the case is the dominant bud. 


Do Sirius Pro and Sirius earbuds support touch control?

Yes, by single click, double click, triple click, quadruple click, and long press, you can control music, pick up or end calls, change sound modes, adjust volume and activate Siri. 


Are the Sirius Pro and Sirius earbuds waterproof?

Yes, both of them are rated IPX5, which means that they are protected against a low pressure water stream from any angle. You can use them in most weather conditions. 


What’s the warranty for the Sirius and Sirius Pro earbuds?

We provide a 12-month warranty. If you find manufacturing or workmanship defects, please contact us for a replacement. You can read our full warranty here. 

 

What is the latency performance of the GravaStar Sirius and Sirius Pro earbuds?

GravaStar Sirius and Sirius Pro earbuds have 65ms latency in the gaming mode. 


How long can the GravaStar Sirius and Sirius Pro battery last on a single charge? 

The GravaStar Sirius and Sirius Pro Earbuds provide up to 4 hours of battery life on a single charge. With the charging case, you can get another extra three charges, bringing the total battery life up to 16 hours. 


How long does it take to charge the earbuds and charging case?

The earbuds take around 2 hours for a full charge, while the charging case requires 2 hours for a full charge.


Do the GravaStar Sirius and Sirius Pro support phone calls?

Yes, the GravaStar Sirius and Sirius Pro Earbuds are a pair of wireless True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds supporting phone calls, music streaming and gaming as well. The environmental noise cancellation can filter and process the ambient noise and provide you a crystal-clear calling experience. 


Do the Sirius or Sirius Pro earbuds support LDAC or APTX?

Unfortunately, LDAC is only supported by Sony and very few phones can support it. Similarly, APTX is only supported by Qualcomm and other high-end android phones where even Apple cannot support it. For the DSP, our algorithms are able to increase the sound processing sampling rates from 16 bits/44.2k to 32 bits/48k. The Sirius and Sirius Pro earbuds provide a higher sound quality as compared to most other earbuds.
