I wanted to like this but Kazimar is so cold in the beginning, he takes Sadie and then just expects her to be compliant and question nothing. A bit to callous for me with respect to treatment of Sadie that I had a really hard time getting past it....more

I loved this one but had a surprise at the end that was unexpected. Nico used alpha male, he is hardened and I found him very intriguing. Bella is a hot spirited woman who gives as good as she gets. I think this was highly entertaining read....more

When she make a mistake she finds herself and Chinook traveling to solve a problem including saving her husband.
I thought this story had a beautiful descriptive quality to it. You could easily imagine this fantastical world that the author created. I really enjoyed this one, Tyhr gained my attention right off the bat while Astrid it took me a bit to warm up to. Will definitely be checking out more by this author....more

Cleo acted out because she never wanted to be married to the mafia. She wants out of the marriage with Rafaele and comes out with a plan to drive him nuts enough to kick her out. It all backfires though and when Rafaele finds out she is being treated in a way he does not like, he steps in. One thing leads to another Cleo begins falling for Rafaele but when something happens that has Rafaele questioning everything it could tear them apart.
Excellent story, I need to go back and read the other books in this series. I thought Cleo had such a magnetic personality. Rafaele has always had his eyes on Cleo, she ensnared him. I loved seeing how this story played out....more

He thinks he has put that request to bed when he is forced to the altar and marrying Emma. He knows all about the young woman, she is known to be smart, shy and completely opposite him. A forced marriage with Emma is not ideal and once he finds out he only has months to get her pregnant with an heir everything changes but can he get Emma to be on board?
This was dark, dirty and a bit of a surprise. There was one thing that gets brought up a few times that I would have liked to learn more about. Giacomo is not the best husband at least from the beginning, he worms his way into hoping this couple works. Emma is inquisitive and so sweet that you are not sure this couple will work but she surprises you. Will check out more from this author....more

This was the final book I believe in this series. I was curious to see what Jayson's story would be and this was a bit of a surprise. Fallon is a hellion and I thought her and Jayson fit well together. Another great book by this author. ...more

Phoebe disappears, she has her own secrets though and when it is time to reveal where she has gone, she vows that her life will be on her own terms.
Alexandr knows he screwed up, he figured that he had time to sow he seeds while engaged until they married. He also fought the feelings that were growing for Phoebe and that had him acting out. He realizes he made huge mistakes and he wants Phoebe back. She is not all that she seems though and he is not sure how to prove to her that he is worth a second chance, can he figure it out before it is too late?
This was full of angst and Phoebe was a huge surprise. I felt for her, she finally gets to be who she is without hiding. Alexandr was a jerk, he redeems himself but was so selfish in the beginning I was unsure how he would fix things. Anther great book in the series....more

Three years later Damian is still looking for Sofia, he knows he loves her with every fiber. His sleeping with other women before they married was him lashing out in rebellion but the hurt he caused Sofia never occurred to him until it was too late. Now he has found Sofia and finds out they have a child together. He wants another chance but what he does not expect is Sofia having a backbone he never saw before. She is going to put him through the paces to earn her trust, can he prove to her he is a new man and would never hurt her again?
I will say, I hate cheating. I hated Damian initially but when they reconnect he definitely does right by Sofia. He owns his mistakes and the story is intense, leaving you to wonder if they will make it. I like the fact that everyone who knew the truth about the marriage has to regain her trust again. He figured it was an arranged marriage so it is what it is, until he saw her. She is stunning and feisty, Antonio knows his new wife is the woman who he will protect and love forever. The only problem is that the arranged marriage seems more of a plot to take him out, if Angelica is hurt seems not to matter. He is underestimated though and has every plan to extract his revenge while keeping his new bride safely by his side.
This was a lot of fun. I am definitely intrigued by some of the characters, Butcher specifically. Wish it had been a tad bit longer but overall entertaining and a full story....more

Absolutely wonderful. Addison is Dane and Vienna's daughter from The Favor, while Dax is Blake and Kinsey's from Shiver so I was hooked from the get go. Dax and Addison are phenomenal, I wanted more of this couple but was happy regardless. I hope there are more books coming because there are some phenomenal characters. High praise....more
