Wanted to kiss him for real. Careful not to spook him, I slowly leaned up, giving him lots of time to pull away. He met my kiss with a soft sigh that sent another jolt of white-hot heed through me. His lips were soft and hesitant as he slotted our mouths together, our kiss chaste and slow."
It's Complicated is book 2 in the Legacy Mechanics series by Willow Dixon, and I am totally loving this series of linked standalones so far. This is besties Isaac and Jamie's story.

He stands before me, the wind whipping around us and the rain pounding against the dock as my hand remains on his arm. And all I can feel is the warmth of him under my fingertips, despite the cold. Our eyes are once again locked, and as I search his, the questions continue to swirl in my mind. I don’t even know what I’m asking… but I’m hoping for an answer. And the next thing I know, our lips meet."
Awwww Tide Over is such a feel good read, even though it does touch on some darker themes, including loss, grief and self-harm. That said, this isn't the usual dark romance that we have come to expect from Eve Holmes (which I adore) rather, this is a more heartfelt, angsty, slow and slow-burn falling in love, coupled with an acceptance of things that we can't change. Theo and Liam are divine together.

Harry rests his forehead against mine, his eyes closed, his fingers still tangled in my hair. He finally withdraws. He opens his eyes and his blue gaze pierces mine. “It appears you are still a necessity,” he says.
I totally loved this! Toby and Harry are divine. The Unlikely Pair is such a feel-good read and I highly commend a read of the first book in the Unlikely Dilemmas series by the wonderful Jax Calder - The Unlikely Heir - too.

He hadn’t touched me anywhere, not with his hands, not with his mouth, but his mere presence set every nerve ending on fire as he stopped only inches from me."
Salacious Park Avenue Prince is book 5 in the fabulous Park Avenue Princes series by Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine and I am totally loving this steamy, MM college romance series so far. This is Travis and Caleb's story, which I have been hanging out for since the start of the series, and I wasn't disappointed!
Travis has spent the past 4 years trying to move on from his (apparently) straight step-brother with basically every male that moves, but when their parents force them into sharing the same apartment, sparks start to fly!
I love the "I shouldn't want him but I WANT him trope" and with all the usual suspects playing their part again, Salacious Park Avenue Prince is full of the hot shenanigans we have become used to with these princes.
What to Expect:
❥ Dual POV ❥ MM college romance ❥ Friends to enemies to lovers ❥ Bi-awakening ❥ Second chance ❥ First times ❥ Found family ❥ Stepbrothers ❥ Forced proximity ❥ HEA
I totally loved this one - definitely one of my series faves - and I can't wait for the final book in this fabulous series Notorious Park Avenue Prince.
