I enjoyed the book. It was very steamy and exciting. I felt bad for Mace and Chelsea. Their whole relationship was built of missed signals and miscommunication. They had taken a minute from the very beginning to just talk and not make assumptions the whole 10 years of fighting could have been avoided. Mace's cocky attitude made the book funny and incredibly sexy at the same time
The book opens with a sweet steamy scene and ends on a good note. With lots of surprises in between. The only part of the book that bothered me was towards the end, time just kept jumping with no warning and it was a little confusing. It wouldn't keep me from reading/recommending the book though.

Matt and Jenny have some very intense chemistry. While Matt is very serious, Jenny lives in the moment, runs a bar, loves to sing and joke around. All things Matt isn't. The only thing that I would say about this book is that right after Derek and Kat met, the books jumps head 6 months to them in love and then the book ends. I would of liked more about their relationship developing. The ending of the book came completely out of the blue and surprised the heck out of me. I was really surprised, I did not see the reason for her behavior coming. I enjoyed every aspect of this book, I can honestly say there isn't one thing that I didn't enjoy. I also enjoy how the author incorporates all the characters from past books into the new books, it's like getting a continuation of their story.
I really enjoy how Hayley writes her love stories. They are believable and pull you in right away. She adds more elements than just the romance to keep readers interested and wanting to read more. If you have not read this series, you really should check it out!...more

Evie loses her job and her BF convinces her to start her own PI business to help people find love. Her other BF, Jon decides to help out and become her partner. The consequences are hilarious. Evie's first client hires her to get info on a potential boyfriend, Tate, which caused Evie to have to join a gym and almost die in the process of work outs. Jon's first client turn out to be crazy.
The only part of the book I didn't like as much was Kate (the BF) and Jon's friendship. There at times seemed to be something more there, then the next day they hated each other. Although book two is about Kate, so maybe the will finally make up!...more
