I liked that each chapter was organized around a single concept, like crime, cars, medicine, and explored all the ways that algorithms affect them.
I also appreciated that her conclusion wasn't that algorithms are 'bad' or 'good' - they are useful tools that have flaws and that can be best harnessed in conjunction with human reason, which also useful and flawed in it's own way....more
