- Synopsis
- TV Miniseries (2024). 9 Episodes. In August 1989, brothers Lyle and Erik Menendez, shot and killed their parents, Jose and Mary Louise 'Kitty' Menendez. While the prosecution claimed they were seeking to inherit the family fortune, the brothers claimed - and continue to claim today, while serving life in prison without the possibility of parole - that their actions were due to the fear they felt after a lifetime of physical, emotional and sexual abuse at the hands of their parents.
