Sandra is a minor character in The Last of Us Part II.[1]
Biography[]
At some point after the Cordyceps brain infection outbreak, Sandra joined the Washington Liberation Front in Seattle. She believed their methods to gain better living conditions in the FEDRA-controlled quarantine zone would work, if perceived as aggressive. Despite her allegiance to the WLF, she was a friend of Benny, a soldier within the zone.[2]
Soon after the Thursday Market Massacre, in which the military killed several families protesting for more food, Sandra decided to offer Benny a chance to join the WLF. She pleaded with him to realize the military and FEDRA would soon lose the war and be forced to concede the city to the WLF. She offered to meet him at Ruston Coffee at 2 AM on a Friday.[2] However, he did not arrive and Sandra was attacked by infected and subsequently turned into a runner.[1]
Events of The Last of Us Part II[]
Ellie can find Sandra's note to Benny on the latter's corpse while searching the courthouse. Further, Ellie and Dina encounter the infected Sandra in the bathroom of the coffee shop, and are forced to kill her in self-defense.[1]
