Imperial Energy Systems was a technology manufacturer associated with the Galactic Empire that built portable power generators in a variety of sizes during the Galactic Civil War between the Empire and the Alliance to Restore the Republic.[1]

In the current Star Wars canon, Imperial Energy Systems was mentioned in the Star Wars Roleplaying sourcebook Lead by Example, which was written by John Dunn and published by Fantasy Flight Games in 2016 for the Star Wars: Age of Rebellion roleplaying game system.[1] The company originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it was first mentioned in a "Galaxywide NewsNets" article written by Paul Sudlow and published in West End Games' Star Wars Adventure Journal 6 in May 1995.[2]
