The mecha ultralisk cavern was a Mecha Swarm structure created by Egon Stetmann during the End War. It allowed him to produce and upgrade mecha ultralisks, as well as make new mecha ultralisks from the recycled remnants of destroyed ones.[1]
The mecha ultralisk cavern is a structure available to Egon Stetmann in Co-op Missions. It functions much the same as a normal ultralisk cavern, with the added bonus of allowing Stetmann to respawn defeated ultralisks from scrap parts. They do not require creep or an egonergy field to be constructed.
Mecha ultralisk cavern will burn down when put below 1/4th health like terran structures, but can be repaired by mecha drones.

For each 4 Mecha Ultralisk Remnants collected by Stetellites, Gary, and Super Gary, a Mecha Ultralisk will spawn here at no cost.
