In the alternate timeline where Arcturus Mengsk survived the Second Great War, these centers served as his bases of operation in the fight against Amon.[1]
Game Unit[]
Enlistment centers serve as command centers for Mengsk in Co-op Missions. Unlike regular command centers, they also allow for the training of Dominion troopers as well as Dominion laborers. As such, it is beneficial to build extra enlistment centers to create a large number of troopers to support the frontlines. Enlistment centers can be upgraded to spawn troopers and laborers through drop pods.
Like supply bunkers, enlistment centers can issue a Call to Arms or Call to Labor, where all nearby troopers or laborers will switch suits. Individual troopers and laborers can also go to an enlistment center to swap suits.[1]
