Incidental 119, also known as the fish guy and Guard 2, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "SB-129." His incidental type is currently unknown.
Description[]
He is an olive-green fish with dark purple lips and a light purple dorsal fin. He wears an orange collared shirt and an orange hat. The fish guy has the same appearance as Incidental 119.
Guard 2[]
He wears a dark blue guard uniform with a police badge on the front of it. He also has two labels on the sleeves that resemble the badge. He also wears a matching cap with the same label on it.
Role in series[]
Incidental 119 has made more major appearances than minor ones. He is almost always portrayed as a fish who has an occupation. He can be seen among other incidentals in crowds in a very few episodes as well. He has also been seen as Guard 2 in a few of his appearances where he is usually portrayed to be a guard at a prison or company. He was firstly designed to be a chrome sprayer of Bikini Bottom 2,000 years into the future who was known as the "fish guy."

The fish guy is seen in the future when he sprays a newly-sprout flower chrome.
"Big Pink Loser"[]
He is seen delivering SpongeBob a truckload of trophies, making Patrick jealous.
"Sailor Mouth"[]
While he is taking out the trash, he overhears SpongeBob's use of a new word. He is appalled and calls SpongeBob out for using profanity, asking if he kisses his mother with that mouth.
"Artist Unknown"[]
When Squidward is introducing his works, he shows Bold and Brash. After Monty P. Moneybags makes a joke about it belonging in the trash, he literally throws away the painting. He is mistaken by Monty as the creator of Squidward's accidental statue, as Squidward gave him his beret, at the end of the episode. Monty says that he is the greatest artist ever.

He appears as the co-pilot of a damaged airplane. He and Scooter drop the plane's load of picnic supplies to avoid crashing.
"Dunces and Dragons"[]
His medieval variant tosses a rock at Squidly Tentacles' clarinet due to his bad playing.
"Best Frenemies"[]
He is seen as an employee at Kelpshake where he sprays the employee door window after Mr. Krabs spits Plankton onto it. This causes Plankton to run away due to Incidental 119 spraying his eye.
"Boat Smarts"[]
He appears as a steamroller driver where Squidward gets launched into the front of his steamroller, which injures him.
"Bucket Sweet Bucket"[]
He appears as the driver of the taxi that takes Mr. Krabs back home from his vacation.
"The Krusty Sponge"[]
He sits with Sandals at the Krusty Krab and sees the latter is sick from eating one of the Spongy Patties. Taking a bite of it, he is disgusted and confronts Mr. Krabs about selling a ripoff of a Krabby Patty before he receives food poisoning. It is then revealed he is an undercover police detective and he soon arrests the shocked Mr. Krabs after it turns out he sold rotten patties to the customers, who all got sick from them. During Mr. Krabs' trial, he is seen in the jury who declare Mr. Krabs guilty.
"Mermaid Man vs. SpongeBob"[]
He gets shot out of Shady Shoals Rest Home while the residents were evacuating the rest home.
"20,000 Patties Under the Sea"[]
He fixes the window of the Krusty Krab that SpongeBob and Patrick broke with their submarine earlier, though they damage it again shortly after he finishes it.
"Krabby Road"[]
Guard 2 appears as a new prison guard at the Bikini Bottom Jail with Guard 1 showing him around on his first day, where Plankton manages to escape from the two of them. He and Guard 1 later put Plankton into his new cell near the end of the episode.
"Sun Bleached"[]
Four Incidental 119s set up the tanning lights at Craig Mammalton's party.
"Krusty Krushers"[]
He sweeps away the shattered remains of Champ 1 and Champ 2 after they get defeated by SpongeBob and Patrick. He later vacuums the million dollars up when SpongeBob and Patrick choose to go to wrestle camp.
"Dear Vikings"[]
He is seen as a garbage man with Viking 12 where Viking 12 runs off after he finds SpongeBob's letter to the Vikings in the garbage.
"Pet or Pests"[]
He and Incidental 1D appear as garbage men where they discover the slime from a spotted glistening meadow worm all over SpongeBob.
"Gullible Pants"[]
He delivers stuff that SpongeBob ordered to decorate the Krusty Krab.
"Someone's in the Kitchen with Sandy"[]
He appears as a newspaper photographer where he takes a photo of a naked Sandy.
"The Hot Shot"[]
Several multicolored Incidental 119's appear as members of Tony Fast Sr.'s pit crew when he arrives at Mrs. Puff's Boating School.
"Mr. Krabs Takes a Vacation"[]
Guard 2 and Guard 1 appear as security guards for the Bikini Bottom Mint where the two of them get tied up by the robbers.
"Smoothe Jazz at Bikini Bottom"[]
He appears as a stage crew member at Kelpy G's concert where he first tells SpongeBob and Squidward to clear the walk way and return to their seats. He later walks Kelpy G over the backstage area where they find SpongeBob and Squidward playing music for his manager. He offers Kelpy G to kick them out but Kelpy G tells him that he refuses to kick out SpongeBob. He then appears at the end of the episode where he and the greaser fish kick Squidward out of the concert after he tries to play his clarinet on the stage.
"Move It or Lose It"[]
He delivers a boatmobile to Mrs. Puff and SpongeBob asks him to sign the petition to save the Krusty Krab but he asks him why would he care about the Krusty Krab.
"Don't Look Now"[]
He appears as a janitor at the movie theater where he hears SpongeBob and Patrick screaming in fear from watching Fisherman 4: Attack of the Hook and then goes back to his sweeping.
"Don't Feed the Clowns"[]
He delivers SpongeBob and Incidental C1 in a pie box to Incidental 8 from Mr. Crustacean.
"Krusty Kleaners"[]
Guard 2 appears as the security guard of the tank company where he gets annoyed by SpongeBob using the entrance of the company incorrectly. He later appears before SpongeBob and Patrick go to the tank company office, the security guard is seen getting out, calling his mom. His mom is telling him to double check if the doors are locked, though he decides not to and wants his mom to stop nagging him.
"Swamp Mates"[]
Man Ray ties Guard 2 up so he is unable to stop him from stealing money from the First Nautical Bank.

"Who's a Big Boy?"[]
He appears as a repairman throughout the episode where he asks Patrick to spit out his tools since he ate his toolbox whole.

The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie[]
In Level 1, he can be seen fixing the telephone wire at SpongeBob's house. He states he is very high-strung and has a problem with loud noises, so SpongeBob scares him with his alarm clock and he runs away. In Level 3, he appears again outside the Krusty Krab by the Patty Wagon and can be scared away by activating the loudspeaker.
Lights, Camera, Pants![]
A lavender version of him with a high-pitched voice can be seen working at the Reef Cinema as a ticket collector. He lets SpongeBob in once he gives him a ticket Orville the guard gave him at Tentacle Acres. However, he can't be asked to be in the show.
