Description[]
Each "EHS" incidental has its own appearance. They all wear the red standard Empty Head Society fez with a propeller on top.
Incidental EHS1[]
He is a blue swordfish with large eyes and purple fins. His underside is white. He wears a red shirt and a standard Empty Head Society fez. He also has thin black feet.
Incidental EHS2[]
She is a yellow fish who has gray hair and buck teeth and wears a purple t-shirt, blue dungarees, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.
Incidental EHS3[]
He is a straw green fish with long brown hair who wears brick shoes, blue dungarees, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.
Incidental EHS4[]
He is a blue fish who wears a gold and red tie, a standard Empty Head Society fez, white undergarments, and a brown belt under his eyes but above his mouth.
Incidental EHS5[]
His appearance is based on the eel. He wears a standard Empty Head Society fez.
Incidental EHS6[]
He is a short, olive green shark with bright yellow hair. He wears dark brown pants with a black belt and a standard Empty Head Society fez.

He is a pink blobfish with a big nose, and wears a white shirt, blue overalls, and a standard Empty Head Society fez. His lips are a darker shade of pink.

Her appearance is based on the big lady. She has no visible freckles, her top is red, her pants are dark blue, she has lavender flats, and has a standard Empty Head Society fez.

He is a purple blobfish who wears a beige top, maroon shorts with a white stripe, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.
Incidental EHS12[]
She is a pink fish with red lips, a darker pink dorsal fin, and brown hair tied up in two bushy pigtails. She wears a lavender dress, black shoes, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.
Incidental EHS13[]
He is a bulky orange fish who wears red and yellow striped shorts and a standard Empty Head Society fez.
Incidental EHS14[]
He is a large red lobster who closely resembles Larry the Lobster, except that he has normal white eyes instead of small greenish-yellow eye stalks. He wears a brown suit over a white dress shirt with a black bow tie along with darker brown pants with a black belt and black shoes. He also wears a standard Empty Head Society fez.

He is a flat and circular straw green blobfish with a very large nose who wears a faded white tank top, indigo shorts, and a standard Empty Head Society fez.

He is a light orange fish with an orange dorsal fin, dark orange lips, and a buck tooth. He wears blue shorts and a standard Empty Head Society fez.

The "EHS" incidentals were designed to be the members of the Empty Head Society, an exclusive club that Patrick is part of. Some of them made their only appearance in "The Nitwitting" while others had made other appearances in later episodes.
