Doctor Dominic Newlow (also known as Doctor Dominion) is a Sim in The Sims 2 on PlayStation Portable. He is the main antagonist and has figured out that the Sims world is controlled by an outside force, the PlumbBob. The player will first come in contact with Doctor Newlow on a cellphone found on the ground by what used to be Oscar's garage. Later, he reveals himself as an evil super-genius called Doctor Dominion.
Biography[]
Apparently, five years before the start of the game, when he was an EMT, the PlumbBob appeared over his head, and it forced him to do things he did not want to do. He became depressed by the stress and aggravation of it all. He described that time in his life as a work-buy treadmill.
Doctor Newlow then invented a helmet to control the green diamond and manipulate other people. He then goes on to tell the player how he or she is the main one being controlled. While everyone is stuck to the same routines, the player seems to be the only one acting on his or her own volition. His mission is to take control of the player.
He is having an affair with Circe Beaker (by mind-controlling her). He orders the player to tell him secrets for money, but then he shows his true motives when he teleports behind some bookcases into a mysterious room.
Later on in the game he orders the player to give a cow idol, and the Hyper Attractor to Roberta Rossum, and then say the words Newsreader, Waiter and Trousers to her, overiding her programming and sending her directly to Doctor Newlow's house. He then takes her apart to steal her brain and scatters her body parts over Deadtree.
Newlow has developed his own cult, the Kine Society, which he uses, under the name of El Toro, to summon the ancient demon cow Beelzebeef. He is then faced in The Monument after teleporting from his lab in Division 47's "Secret Sublevel." At the end of the game, he eventually gets overrun by the player's refusal of brain-manipulation. Newlow then disappears, leaving only his strange helmet that he wore to prevent the "green diamond" from controlling him and the main storyline ends.
Doctor Newlow's secrets from The Sims 2 (PSP):
- (Personal): Forgot to patent his laser veggie-dicer doomsday device and lost millions.
- (Intimate): Secretly loves to be humiliated so he has an excuse for evil vendettas.
- (Dark): Prefers sixties- and seventies-era spy movies to the modern stuff.
- (Secret Identity): Dominic Newlow is really an evil supergenius who calls himself "Doctor Dominion"!

Trivia[]
- Doctor Newlow's surname appears to be based off the phrase "reaching a new low", referring to his antagonistic status in the game.
- His first name "Dominic" means "Lordly", "Belonging to God" or "of the Master". Which could be a reference to how he's being controlled by the Plumbob. "Lordly" could reference how he's basically trying to play God.
- Doctor Dominic Newlow is explicitly mentioned in the title of the Japanese localization of The Sims 2 for PSP, The Sims 2: Dr. Dominic no Inbou, which could be translated as "The Conspiracy of Dr. Dominic".
