Slippery Slope is a location in the northwestern part of the Crown Tundra in the Galar region.

Description[]

Slippery Slope is a medium-sized hillside area filled with trees. It is where the Crown Tundra Station is located, allowing the player to begin their adventure in the Crown Tundra. Besides that, the only exit is to Freezington. The Max Lair is in the northeast of the area, and it offers Dynamax Adventures, where one can battle and catch a Legendary Pokémon.

The player battles Peony at the start of the Crown Tundra storyline to make time for his daughter Peonia to escape. Regardless of the outcome, the story continues on as Peonia has disappeared.

The name of the location is the same as the idiom slippery slope, meaning that an action occurs and can result in undesirable outcomes.
