Vigo is a tall, slim man with brown hair. He wears a yellow shirt, green pants, and a green hat, as well as glasses.

Vigo is a former fortune teller, and has the ability to intuitively tell when somebody is a bad person and is going to cause somebody else harm.

Vigo wields a rifle, and has shown semi-proficient use with it when attacked by the Straw Hat Pirates.

Past[]
At some point in the past, Vigo was a fortune teller. His mind was supposedly taken over by an unknown presence, and he began interfering in arguments with strangers, usually killing one of the participants. Eventually, the Marines issued him a bounty for his actions.
One Piece Odyssey[]
Vigo's bounty was posted in the Arabasta Kingdom, where it was picked up by the Straw Hat Pirates. They tracked him down in the Sandy Ruins, defeating him and giving him to Margin to claim the reward.
