Rubis is one of the Précieuses, a fish-woman, and a former member of the Simon Pirates.

Rubis is a slim and wheat-colored fish-man with short white hair as well as red eyes[1].
Personality[]
Rubis cares for Gad so she tries to avenge his failure and go after the Straw Hat Pirates, but fails after being beaten by them.[1]. Rubis is shown to have a quick temperament.[2].
Abilities and Powers[]
As a fish-man, Rubis is ten times stronger than an average human on land, and twice that in water. She demonstrated this strength by destroying a large water vortex.
Weapons[]
Rubis holds a spear. She seems quite skilled in using it. When Sanji wanted to be close to her, Saphir and Emeraude, she used it to send him away[1].
Techniques[]
- Rouge Foudroyant (ルージュ・フードロワイアン, Rūju Fūdorowaian?): Rubis does a powerful stab with her spear. The name of the technique is French for "devastating red".
- Archange Tricolore (アルカンジュ ���リコロール, Arukanju Torikorōru?): A combination technique with Saphir and Emeraude. All three fish-women summon spiraling columns of water with different colors to strike multiple opponents at once. The name of the technique is French for "tricolor archangel".

Big Secret Treasure of the Seven Phantom Islands[]
When Wadatsumi was carrying the Straw Hat Pirates from Itu Island to Yaw Island, Rubis jumped out of the sea along with Saphir and Emeraude, and then they sat on a stone of sea area between two islands. Their look appealing to Sanji, but they chose to attack him. Later, they said their names and positions in the Simon Pirates. Soon afterwards, she and two female fish-men started to plan vengeance on the Straw Hat Pirates for Gad's failure. Unfortunately, all three lost to them and just decided to jump into sea[1].

Rubis and the gang say their farewells to the Strawhats.
After the Straw Hat Pirates entered a cave in Yaw island, Rubis, Saphir and Emeraude battled them again. At the end of the battle with them, they still failed. After that, a Master of the Waters wanted to attack them. She and others were protected by Gad who arrived afterwards, as well as Sanji. After Gad's second defeat, she and three other fish-men went away from the cave[2].
After the defeat of the Shushibaruba, the Précieuses and Gad say their farewells to the Strawhats as they decide to form a pirate crew where there is no discrimination between Human and Fishman.
