- For other uses, see Nest (Disambiguation).
The Nest is a purple-colored planet depicted only in the Super Metroid comic in Nintendo Power, introduced in Chapter 3: "Back to the Nest".
Description[]
Its coordinates, from Zebes, are 33600 by 12568. The planet at that location is covered in twisted purple roots that seem to color the entire surface.
History[]
Samus Aran, wounded from battle on Zebes, instructs Armstrong Houston to direct her Starship to this planet instead of Galactic Federation Headquarters. At the Nest, they meet up with an elderly Old Bird, who tells Armstrong about Samus's past and allows Samus to perform a risky technique to heal herself.
